What is the method?
We use psychometric tools to assess personality traits, cognitive abilities, and job-relevant competencies in a structured, evidence-based way. The tools are selected based on your organization’s context, whether for hiring, development, or succession. Results are interpreted by certified professionals and delivered through coaching-style feedback sessions. Upon request, we also provide individual and team reports to support decision-makers.
