Development Center for Talent Mapping

We assess competencies and growth potential to ensure clear and long-term development journey and succession planning for talents and professionals.

What is the method?

A Development Center is a structured, multi-method process designed to assess leadership and growth potential – not just current performance. We use a combination of validated questionnaires, role-specific simulations, and observed exercises to evaluate how participants think, act, negotiate and lead in realistic scenarios. Participants are placed into situational challenges – such as stakeholder conflicts, decision dilemmas, or team leadership tasks – while assessors observe and evaluate their behaviour. The tone is developmental and reflective, supporting both the organization’s succession planning and the individual’s growth journey.
